Foundation Waterproofing typically involves excavating the exterior wall(s) of your foundation. In most cases, it is necessary to create a trench deep enough to expose the concrete footing, weeping tile and drain stone found at the base of your wall.

1. All cracks are identified and repaired with a polyurethane injection.
2. A specialized sealant and primer is then applied to the wall.
3. A waterproof membrane and PVC platon are installed.
4. Filter covered weeping tile is repaired and / or replaced.
5. A generous bed of drain stone is built up at the footing.
6. The trench is then backfilled and groomed ready for landscaping.
